Tickets are a personal license, revocable at the sole discretion of Civic Center Foundation, the management entity of Civic Center Music Hall and Rose State Performing Arts Center (subject to any applicable law to the contrary). These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Terms and conditions posted are considered the most up-to-date and binding terms and conditions.

General Ticket Policies

Applicable taxes and fees apply. Service, handling, and order fees are non-refundable. 

All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Events may require security screening for entry. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to security screening and to obey applicable item limitations or restrictions. Patrons who refuse screening may be denied entry.

Not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, or tickets purchased through unauthorized parties. We cannot guarantee tickets purchased through third party or non-authorized vendors are valid or that you will receive admittance to your event. Duplicate or counterfeit tickets may not be honored for admission to any performance. If you purchase from a non-authorized source, we cannot replace your lost, misplaced, uncollected or stolen tickets and we cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, cancellation, road closures and more.

The purchase of tickets for resale is prohibited. Accounts with tickets that have been resold or are listed for resale are subject to cancellation without notice, denying the holder access to the theatre. Any accounts with similar or duplicate contact information may have purchases cancelled without notice. Similarly, tickets purchased by accounts with address(es) on file outside the state of Oklahoma are subject to cancellation and/or specified delivery methods such as will call pickup with ID.

Event, time, and/or date subject to change without notice. In the event of a show cancellation, an alternate performance date will be arranged. If no alternate performance is available, refunds will be given within 30 days. Pricing is variable and subject to change without notice.

Third-Party Data Requests

By purchasing a ticket, you agree that your name and email address may be shared with the event promoter upon their request. This information will be used in accordance with the promoter's privacy policies. We do not control these policies and are not responsible for how your information is handled once shared with the promoter. General Attendance Policies

No weapons, firearms, bottles, coolers, or containers are allowed in the facility. Photography and videography is strictly prohibited. Our facilities are smoke-free facilities. Additional security policies are subject to change without notice.

Re-entry is not permitted with ticket stubs.

The facility reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating facility rules, local, state, or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management. 

Children & Unaccompanied Minors Attendance Policies

Unless otherwise noted on OKCCivicCenter.com, children under the age of five (5) are not recommended to attend performances. The group presenting the show may restrict the age at which children can attend. If you have questions about any restrictions or recommendations, please contact the box office.

All guests, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entry. Ticket prices for infants and young children may be available for some events but are not guaranteed. Such ticket prices may be subject to availability and further restrictions. Parents/guardians are advised to select age-appropriate performances for their children. Adult content will be noted on the event listing. If we become aware of adult content after a show has been on sale, we will make reasonable effort to notify patrons of the content update. Refunds cannot be issued on the basis of content

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while attending a performance. Minors under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present in the venue for the duration of the event. If a show has specific chaperone requirements, those will be noted on the event listing. Children must be able to sit quietly in their own seat without disrupting other patrons. If any person, regardless of age, becomes disruptive, Civic Center Music Hall reserves the right to require that person and/or their party to leave. No refunds will be given. 

Assumption of Risk & Liability

The building management, producer, its agents, and participants assume no liability for any injury sustained by the ticket holder while in attendance.
