The Civic Center Music Hall respects your right to privacy and wants you to fully understand your rights to control your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some, but not all, sharing of information that is utilized for the Civic Center Foundation to complete everyday business transactions, such as completing ticket purchases or payment for services. In addition, the Civic Center Foundation has adopted a policy regulating the acquisition, use, storage and transmission of Personally Identifiable Information, which includes data linked to an individual such as dates of birth, social security numbers, driver license numbers, medical information and financial information. The Civic Center Music Hall and Rose State Performing Arts Center, by and through the Civic Center Foundation, is subject to the privacy policies. The policies are in conformance with applicable laws such as GDPR and CCPA. In addition, the Civic Center Foundation does not sell names, addresses, telephone numbers or credit card information of consumers.
The intent of this Privacy Statement is to inform users of our internet site, www.okcciviccenter.com and our e-commerce ticketing site, eVenue, on how the sites collect, store, and use personal information.
Collection of Information
We do not employ any software or hardware techniques to capture your email address or phone number without your knowledge. When you register or provide personal information for transactions, contests, or special offers, this information may be shared with our third-party service providers solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. To better enable us to service our patrons, our website may be used as a survey tool to request demographic information. Entry of such information is optional and if you choose not to enter such information, you can successfully use these applications. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this informaiton will not be shared with any third parties.
By participating in our operational ticket communication program, you consent to receive text messages from our staff for business purposes. If you no longer wish to communicate with our staff via this service, let your point of contact know.
Information to Third Parties
We may occasionally present special contests or promotions on our website that is sponsored by another company. To qualify for entry, we may ask you to provide personal information. If we plan to share that information with the sponsor(s), we will provide a statement to that effect.
Promoter Requests
If a promoter requests the contact list of ticket purchasers, we will provide that list only after the show is over. This ensures your information is used solely for the purpose of informing you about future events or promotions related to the show you attended.
