Where do I park?

We do not offer a waitlist for any performances.
Do you have accessible seating?
Accessible seating is available for all of our venues and can be purchased online. Look for the Accessible symbol on the seat map for your event.
Is there a sign language interpreter for performances?

Why did the ticket price change?
Prices are subject to change without notice at any time. Presenting groups reserve the right to use dynamic pricing, which makes ticket prices subject to change without notice. Dynamic pricing is variable pricing based on timing or other factors. Discounts or other offers cannot be used retroactively or combined with other offers. Refunds and exchanges cannot be given. We do not control pricing for events.
I haven’t received my mobile tickets. Why not?
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from tickets@okcccf.com. If you did not receive an email with your tickets, login to your online account to view and resend your tickets. If you’re still having trouble, contact us.
I came to the wrong performance or can’t attend my performance. Can I get a refund?
No. We do not have any legal authority to offer refunds or exchanges, except in the event of an artist cancellation. This includes weather-related incidents.
Can I renew my season tickets online?
Some resident organizations offer online ticket renewal. If online renewal is available, you will receive an email when renewals are available.
What are group tickets?
Group tickets require a minimum amount of people, which varies by show but can range from 8 to 12 tickets. Group tickets are available on a show-by-show basis. Contact us to inquire about a specific event.
How do I manage my mobile tickets?
View your mobile tickets in your online Civic Center account. Learn more about your online account.
What happens if I buy tickets from a reseller or third-party ticket marketplace?
We cannot guarantee any tickets purchased through third-party services. Prices are often inflated, tickets may be duplicates, and we cannot contact you with important event information. We recommend always purchasing directly from the Civic Cener Music Hall. If you are unsure if an online source is credible, call (405) 594-8300 Monday-Friday, 10 am-5 pm to purchase by phone from our Box Office.

General Questions
What are your hours?
The Civic Center Box Office is open Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm and 2 hours prior to events. The main lobby opens 1 hour prior to events. Please note if visiting prior to the lobby opening, there is not additional seating to wait.
Rose State Perofrming Arts Center does not maintain regular daytime hours. The building opens 2 hours prior to events.

Where is the Civic Center?

Where is the Rose State Performing Arts Center?
The Rose State Performing Arts Center is located in Midwest City on the campus of Rose State College. The address is 6000 Prosper Blvd, Midwest City, OK 73110. Visit the Directions & Parking page to plan your trip.
What should I wear?
We do not have a formal dress code policy. We generally recommend business casual wear.
Can I get an autograph or meet the artist?
As a rental facility, we are not in a position to contact or interfere with artists or artist management regarding autographs or special meet-and-greet requests. If available, these opportunities will be pre-arranged and included with standard event information.
Can I bring my child to an event?
Every individual, regardless of age, must have a ticket. This includes infants or young children that may sit in a lap. Presenting organizations may restrict the age at which children can attend or provide ratings based on show content. Inquire with your box office representative regarding your specific event. Pricing for infants and children may vary. If you choose to bring an infant to the show, please be respectful of other patrons. If your child is disrupting the performance, you may be asked to step into the lobby.
Can I bring dinner or a snack with me?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Concessions are available at all of our venues. Certain events may restrict which concessions are allowed in the theatre. A member of our staff will notify you if there is a restriction.
Can I take photos or videos?
The use of photographic or sound recording devices, including film and digital cameras, digital video recorders, cell phones, and/or other visual or audio recording devices is a violation of copyright law and is strictly prohibited. Patrons using these devices during a performance may be asked to leave the theatre. No refunds will be issued. In certain instances, patrons may be asked to delete photographs.
In addition, light and noise disturbances can hinder the enjoyment of any performance. Out of consideration and safety for performers and fellow patrons, the use of cell phones is strictly prohibited during all shows. This includes the use of phones for texting or photographic purposes. Individuals caught using their cell phones to violate this policy may be asked to leave the theatre.
What is the average run time for events?
The run time for an event depends on the type of performance. A general guideline is anywhere from 1 ½ to 3 hours.
I’m running late, is there a seating hold?
We strongly recommend patrons arrive in their seats 10 to 15 minutes prior to curtain time. Presenting organizations reserve the right to restrict access to the seating areas after the show begins. Patrons arriving past show time may be asked to wait in the lobby for a pre-determined amount of time until granted entry into the theatre without disturbing other patrons or performers. The hold is at the sole discretion of the presenter and varies on a show-by-show basis.
Can I carry my firearm?
The carry and use of firearms of any kind are strictly prohibited in any city or state building, which includes the Civic Center Music Hall and Rose State Performing Arts Center per Oklahoma State law. This includes all conceal-carry and open-carry weapons.
What happens during severe weather?
If significant weather occurs during a performance, patrons will be instructed by staff to take necessary precautions. In the event of significant weather prior to show time, only the presenting organization can cancel a show. We do not have the legal authority to cancel any show and are unable to offer or extend refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If inclement weather occurs, including snow and ice storms, we will make reasonable attempts to notify ticket holders of cancellations or postponements, should one occur.
Where can I smoke?
Smoking is not permitted at any of our facilities. This includes vapes and e-cigarettes.

We offer a range of accessibility services at both the Civic Center Music Hall and the Rose State Performing Arts Center.
