If you can no longer attend a show or would like to gift tickets to someone, you can transfer your tickets to your recipient easily through your online account. Please note transferring tickets makes them ineligible for exchanges or refunds.

Initiating Ticket Transfer on Your Mobile Device

1. Navigate to okcciviccenter.com/login on your phone's web browser
2. Log in to your Civic Center Account. See our FAQ page for further assistance logging in. 
3. You will be directed to the "Manage My Account" page. If not, navigate to the menu and click "Manage My Account" or "My Account" to access the page.
4. Click the "Transfer Tickets" button. 

5. Select your tickets to transfer by tapping the checkbox next to the seat location.
6. Scroll down and tap the "Continue (# Tickets)" button.
7. Enter the mobile number or email of the recipient of the tickets (Tap "Use email instead" for email). Once finished, tap done.
8. Scroll down and tap the "Review Transfer" button. 
9. Review the order and contact information carefully. Once satisfied, tap the "Transfer # Tickets" button.
10. Your transfer has been sent. Your recipient will need to accept the transfer in the time given on your completion page.

Once initiated, recipients have up to 1 week or up to the event to accept the transfer. You can cancel the transfer at anytime before the transfer is accepted by visiting the 'Pending Transfers' section in your online Civic Center Account, selecting the tickets and clicking or tapping 'Cancel Transfer.'

Initiating Ticket Transfer on Your DESKTOP DEVICE

1. Navigate to okcciviccenter.com/login on your web browser.
2. Log in to your Civic Center Account. See our FAQ page for further assistance logging in. 
3. You will be directed to the "Manage My Account" page. If not, you can click the "Manage My Account" button on the top right of any page. 
4. Click the "Transfer" on the right side "My Tickets" menu.

5. Select your tickets to transfer by clicking the checkboxes next to the seat locations.
6. Click the "Continue (# Tickets)" button. 
7. Enter the mobile number or email of the recipient of the tickets (Click "Use Email Instead" for Email).
8. Click the "Transfer (# Tickets)" Button.
9. Your transfer has been sent and your recipients will need to accept the transfer in the time given on your completion page.

Accepting a ticket transfer

If you are the recipient of an initiated ticket transfer, you can accept the transfer following these easy steps on either your smartphone or desktop device.

1. Click or tap the 'Accept Transfer' button or link in the text message or email you received.
2. You'll be directed to a web page where you can accept or decline the transfer. Click or tap to accept the transfer. 
Note: You can cancel a transfer anytime before it's accepted by clicking or tapping the 'decline transfer' button.
3. Sign in to your online Civic Center account, or create an account.
4. Once you've successfully logged in, your tickets will be transferred to your account where you can download them to your smartphone's wallet or access at a later time.
