Exchanges are available in certain circumstances. If your tickets are available for exchange, follow the step-by-step guide below to easily complete the process. Alternatively, you can watch a full step-by-step video for either desktop or mobile exchanges at the bottom of this page.

1. Log in to your online account

Click 'Account Login' in the navigation bar at the top of the webpage. If you've never logged in to your online account, learn more about activating your account.

2. Visit the 'exchange' section

Once logged in, click 'Exchange' under the 'My Tickets' section. If you're on mobile, tap the menu icon in the top left corner, tap your name, and then tap 'My Tickets' and 'Exchange.'

3. Select the event you want to exchange.

4. Select your seats.

5. Select your new performance.

6. Select your new seat locations by tapping on a colored dot and then clicking 'select.' Green dots are available seats, blue dots are available accessible seat locations.

Move around the map by clicking and dragging or pinch and zoom on mobile.

7. Click 'Add to Cart' to begin finalizing your exchange.

8. Select your Delivery Method and click 'Next.'

9. Review your new event selection. The old event information will also appear on this page for comparison.

10. Tap 'Yes, Submit Exchange' when you're finished reviewing your event details.

You're all set! You can download your tickets to your mobile wallet or sign out.
