We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before your performance. That allows plenty of time to for parking, security, finding your seat and getting comfortable for the show. If you find your self with extra time, we have plenty of pre-show options for you to enjoy.

Both the Civic Center Music Hall and Rose State Performing Arts Center offer concessions and bar services. Selections include bottled, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages and small snacks.

Most shows or performances have merchandise available for purchase in the lobby. Civic Center Management does not determine pricing or availability.
Guest Relations
Guest Relations is located at the south end of the main lobby at the Civic Center Music Hall. Accessibility devices such as hearing devices, KultureCity sensitivity bags, and booster seats are available here.
Rose State Performing Arts Center guest relations is located in the event office, just north of the box office. Accessibility devices can be picked up here.
First Aid
We employ an on-site medic for every event. If needed, visit your nearest staff member.
