The Kelli O'Hara Awards™ are the central and western Oklahoma regional competition of the National High School Musical Theatre Awards®. Sponsored by Paycom, and presented by OKC Broadway and Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, finalists will perform before a live audience as the awards committee selects the winners of Outstanding Performance by an Actor and Outstanding Performance by an Actress fro the fourth consecutive year. These two winners will go on to compete a the National competition in New York City. In addition, the awards committee will honor Outstanding Musical Performance and Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble. Spotlight Awards will be given to an outstanding performer from each competing school who performed in a non-qualifying role, and students will select one winner for the "Rising Star" Award during the rehearsal week of the ceremony.
