Canterbury Choral Society
Canterbury Choral Society was founded in 1969 and continues it's tradition of providing our community with great choral music. Audiences are captivated by the diverse musical selections presented each season by this all volunteer chorus. Dedicated to educating musicians of tomorrow, The Canterbury Academy of the Vocal Arts was incorporated in 1997 and consists of two children's choirs. The addition of Behind the Music and Music 4 Schools has continued Canterbury's commitment to education. Since its founding, Canterbury's mission has been to maintain and promote adult and children's community choruses, to train, coach and educate vocalists; and to foster the appreciation and preservation of the art of choral performance throughout Oklahoma and the nation. Celebrity Attractions
